Some Things Deserve More Privacy Than a Clinic Waiting Room
Pelvic floor issues are personal. Incontinence, pain with sex, prolapse symptoms, postpartum recovery: these aren't things most women are eager to discuss in a shared waiting area or explain to an intake coordinator at a front desk.
That's one of the real, practical advantages of in-home PT that doesn't get talked about enough. When Meg comes to your home in Eagle Pointe, the entire appointment is just the two of you. You're in your own space. There's no audience, no awkwardness, no bumping into a neighbor in the parking lot.
A lot of women find it much easier to be honest about what they're experiencing when they're on their own turf.
Pelvic Floor Problems Are More Common Than You Think
About one in three women experiences some form of pelvic floor dysfunction. That includes leaking urine, pelvic pain, pressure or heaviness from prolapse, pain during intercourse, and more. It's common enough that a lot of women assume it's just normal.
It's common. It's not normal, in the sense that it's not something you just have to accept. Most pelvic floor dysfunction responds well to physical therapy, including cases that have been going on for years.
The fact that you haven't treated it yet doesn't mean treatment won't work.

Your First Visit: What to Expect
Meg arrives at your Eagle Pointe home and starts with a real conversation, not a clipboard full of intake forms. She wants to understand your history, what you're dealing with day to day, and what you're hoping to get back to.
The first session is 90 minutes to two hours and includes a hands-on pelvic floor assessment. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of what's going on and a plan to address it. Everything is explained as you go. Nothing is rushed.
HSA and FSA are accepted. Call (662) 832-1790 with any questions before you book.
