What you pay for

Cash pay only. There are no subscriptions for active treatment, you pay for each step as you go. Pricing is flat and the same for every patient.

  • Initial Evaluation, $225. 2-hour in home assessment. Required first step.
  • Complete Care, $900. Block of 4 in home sessions over 4 weeks. The standard treatment arc. Paid upfront before session 1, or 2 pay split ($450 + $450) on request.
  • Single Session, $250. Public rate. Alum rate $200 (within 90 days of completing a block). Thrive member rate $150.
  • Thrive Membership, $499/year. Annual concierge access for graduates. Includes a 90 minute Thrive Eval each year.

All sales final

Every product is non refundable.

  • Initial Evaluation, single sessions, and Complete Care blocks are non refundable once paid. Dr. Meg builds your plan and reserves her time when you commit.
  • Thrive Membership is non refundable for the current annual term. Cancel any time before renewal to stop future billing.

If you have a billing dispute, contact [email protected]. Legitimate disputes are always reviewed.

Cancellation fee & no shows

Dr. Meg travels to your home and reserves a window for you, so we ask for at least 24 hours' notice on reschedules.

  • More than 24 hours' notice: free reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours, or no show: $75 fee charged to the card on file.
  • Applies to: Initial Eval, every Complete Care block session, and single sessions.
  • Thrive members are exempt from cancellation fees. Reschedule freely, no penalty.

Emergencies and illness are handled case by case. Just text Dr. Meg.

If Dr. Meg needs to cancel

If Dr. Meg cancels (illness, weather, emergency), the session is rescheduled at no cost to you. It does not count against your Complete Care block.

The 60 day Complete Care window

All 4 Complete Care sessions must be booked and used within 60 days of purchase. Unused sessions after 60 days are forfeited.

The window gives you buffer for illness, travel, or scheduling shifts without losing the weekly momentum that drives results. If you're approaching 60 days with sessions remaining, Dr. Meg will text you to schedule.

Thrive Membership details

Thrive is for graduates of Complete Care who want ongoing concierge access. $499 billed once a year.

  • What you get: a flagship 90 minute in home Thrive Eval every year, direct cell access to Dr. Meg, priority booking, 40% off any single session ($150 vs $250), and exemption from the $75 cancellation fee.
  • What's not included: active weekly treatment (that's what blocks are for), no monthly newsletter or member library.
  • Response time: within 24 business hours. No weekends unless emergency.
  • Cancellation: cancel any time before your annual renewal through the Stripe portal. No pro rated refunds, but you keep benefits through the end of your active term.

Payment & card on file

All payments run through Stripe. Major credit and debit cards, plus HSA and FSA cards, are accepted.

Card on file. Your card is securely saved in Stripe at the Initial Evaluation. Future charges (Complete Care, single sessions, Thrive renewal, cancellation fees) run automatically. Dr. Meg never asks for a card during an appointment.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we'll notify you and retry within 3 business days. No future appointment is booked until the card is updated.

Insurance, HSA, FSA, superbills

Pelvic floor PT is a qualified medical expense, so HSA and FSA cards work for all services.

You'll get a superbill after each block to submit to your insurance for potential out of network reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts depend on your plan.

Pricing changes

If we adjust prices, Thrive members get at least 30 days' notice by email. Existing Complete Care blocks already paid for are honored at the rate you paid.

Patients on the legacy subscription model (Essentials, Complete Care monthly) signed up before April 23, 2026 are grandfathered at their original rates.
