In home pelvic floor PT that comes to you. With Dr. Meg Cochran, DPT. Postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, leaking, prolapse, painful sex. The time and attention insurance won't pay for.
Three ways to start. Most patients begin with the free call.
Tell Meg what's going on. Ask anything. Decide if this is the right fit. No card, no commitment.
Book Free CallSkip the call if you're ready. Full history, pelvic floor assessment, and a written plan, all in your home.
Book EvaluationNot ready to book? Text or call Meg directly with your question. She answers patients personally between visits.

The deeper context. Tap any to expand.
She comes to you. No waiting rooms, no traffic, no hauling a newborn through a parking lot. You get 60 to 90 minutes of one on one care in the place where you're most comfortable.
She's lived it, too. Four pregnancies. Four postpartum recoveries. Meg isn't guessing what you're going through, and she treats women on the other side of it every week.
Cash pay, not insurance-pay. No one's counting your visits or capping your session length. You get the time the treatment actually needs. HSA and FSA accepted. Superbills available for out of network reimbursement.
Most women are told it's just what happens. After babies. After forty. After surgery. It isn't.
Pelvic floor muscles are muscles. They respond to the same kind of rehab any other muscle does, when someone who actually knows how to treat them puts in the work with you. Not a 15 minute appointment squeezed between six other patients. Not a printout of Kegels and a "see how it goes."
A real evaluation. A real plan. Real hands on work. At your kitchen table if that's where it makes sense.
Step 1. Book a free 15 minute discovery call. Tell Meg what's going on. Ask every question. Decide if it's a fit, zero pressure.
Step 2. Schedule your 2-hour in home evaluation. Meg comes to you, does a full assessment, and leaves you with a real plan.
Step 3. Start your care plan and get the time, attention, and follow up you need to actually heal.

Pelvic floor physical therapy treats urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, postpartum pelvic floor weakness, painful intercourse, chronic pelvic pain, pregnancy-related pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and bowel dysfunction. Many patients notice improvement within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent therapy. Full resolution typically takes 8 to 16 weeks depending on the condition.
Mississippi is a direct access state, so you do not need a physician referral to start. If you plan to submit a superbill for insurance reimbursement, check your plan's referral requirements separately.

After active treatment, members move to Thrive: an annual membership built around one 90-minute pelvic floor checkup each year, member rates on single sessions, and a direct text line to Meg between visits. Like an annual physical, except for the muscles nobody else is screening.
