Payment and policies

How payment works

Stripe processes all payments. Card on file is captured at the Initial Evaluation, configured for future on-file charges. The Complete Care block is charged upfront before session 1 (a 2-pay split is available on request). HSA, FSA, and all major credit/debit cards accepted.

Refunds and the 60-day window

All sales final. The Complete Care block must be used within 60 days of purchase. Unused sessions after 60 days are forfeited. The 60-day window provides buffer for illness, travel, or scheduling shifts.

Cancellation fee

Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before an appointment, or no-shows, incur a $75 fee charged to the card on file. Active Maintenance Members are exempt. Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance are always free.

Insurance, HSA, and FSA

Where You Are Physical Therapy is cash-pay only. HSA and FSA cards are accepted directly. After each block, you receive a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Cash-pay means longer sessions, no visit caps, and care decisions made between you and Meg, not your insurance plan.

What's not promised with Maintenance Membership

Maintenance is concierge access, not active treatment. There is no member-only newsletter, no library, and no included sessions. What it gives you is a direct line to Meg, priority on her schedule, the quarterly check-in, and the 40% single-session discount.
